Unnamed (as of 12/1/23)--Supervisor at the Trump New Jersey Golf Club—In a lawsuit, Alice Bianco, a former server at the club, filed a lawsuit accusing Trump attorney Alina Habba of acting unethically in seeking to derail Bianco’s complaint against the supervisor, who had sexually harassed her and used his position to force her to have sex then retaliated against her when she told him she didn’t want anything to do with him. The suit claims that Habba, acting as her “friend,” paid her “a paltry sum” to sign an NDA to keep her silent, also claiming that the payment would not be taxable. The latter was untrue, and Bianco was later forced not only to return the money, but to pay a $1,000 per day fine because NDAs regarding sexual harassment and abuse are illegal in New Jersey. The NDA was signed in 2021, and just weeks later, Habba began representing Donald Trump in his suit against Mary Trump. Bianco’s current lawyer, Nancy Erika Smith, said Habba “used the unethical silencing of my client” to “propel herself into Trumps inner circle. Her behavior was predatory. Pretending to be ‘neutral’ when acting on behalf of one party is clearly unethical.” She also wants Habba to be referred to the state attorney’s ethics office.
